Count by item and room

List desks, return tables, chairs, filing cabinets, conference tables, bookcases, and modular pieces. Note which items are already disassembled.

Remove what should not be hauled

Empty every drawer. Separate records, keys, cash, electronics, batteries, lamps, and confidential material. Confirm an approved path for e-waste or hazardous items instead of mixing them into a furniture load.

Coordinate the building

Ask management about freight elevators, loading docks, certificates or vendor rules, floor protection, access windows, and parking. Share these requirements before scheduling.

Photograph the access route

A few accurate photos can show door widths, stairs, elevator interiors, and the distance to loading. Photos supplement measurements; they do not replace a site-specific safety decision.
